Mark specialises in: negotiating deals for major IT outsourcing projects; anticipating and mitigating the legal risks created by innovative technology companies and products; advising on the legal issues arising from the use of Free/Open Source Software; e-commerce and cloud computing.
Mark has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts on the legal issues arising from the use of Open Source Software. Mark is described as a “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters’s Super Lawyers site and as an “Up and Coming” London IT lawyer by Chambers & Partners.
Before founding Bisley Law, Mark worked in private practice in London.
